The inspiration behind starting the dog training business, The Driven Dog, stems from my personal experience living with high-energy and intelligent Shepherds. These incredible dogs possess a unique combination of boundless energy and intelligence, making them extraordinary companions. However, I soon realised that without the right outlets for their energy and mental stimulation, these magnificent creatures could become a source of chaos and destruction within a home.

Living with my Shepherds, I recognised the challenges that many dog owners face when dealing with the exuberance and intelligence of breeds like these. I witnessed first-hand the impact that unmanaged energy levels could have on a dog’s well-being and the harmony of a household.
